Founder
After graduating with a BA in Logistics and Economics from Bar Ilan University and an MBA in Finance from the International Disciplinary Center, Alon Dolev began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Bank Leumi. He subsequently joined Deloitte Israel as Regional Business Development Manager. In 2005 he worked in investment banking for Psagot Investment House and in 2009 founded NYX Enterprises.

NYX Enterprises invests in Real Estate, Technology, Clean-Tech with a special interest in the Food, Beverage and Entertainment industry. The founder, Alon Dolev, has personally managed and participated in the launch and success of many of Israel’s most successful restaurants, nightclubs and bars.
NYX Enterprises also acts as strategic consultants to Israeli importers and exporters in the specialty beverage business, as well to as high-end restaurants and all of Israel’s 5-star hotels. With extensive knowledge of the microbrewery industry as well as boutique wineries globally, NYX Enterprises is a key player in supplying its clients with unique and highly valued beers, wines and spirits.
